• Payment terms are net 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Late payments may attract interest at the rate specified in your agreement
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Applash Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use our website or services.
